Wrap around Care
We aim to provide a happy, safe, warm and stimulating environment for all the children who attend. We encourage children to develop responsibility for themselves and their actions and to become competent, confident, independent and cooperative individuals.
Our Wrap-around Care is an extension of Egerton Church of England Primary School and, as such, operates in line with the school’s ethos and values and high expectations of pupil behaviour.
We have limited space at our Wrap-around Care sessions. To enquire about your child attending on a regular basis, parents need to complete and submit a registration form, indicating what sessions they will need. If a space is available, this will be confirmed. If no space is available, we can add your child to our waiting list. The details you indicate in the form will be your requirements for the whole school year. If you want to make any changes, please make sure you inform us in writing a term in advance, so that we can offer spaces to others on the waiting list and the correct invoices can be raised.
Parents booking regular sessions are required to pay for a term in advance. An email will be sent at the end of the previous term to indicate that the amount due has been added to your SCOPAY account. Please make sure this is paid by the due date, so that your child can attend the sessions.
Subject to availability, we may have space for ad hoc or emergency bookings. If you find yourself in this situation, you must phone the school office to enquire about spaces. Please do not send your child if prior permission has not been given. If a space is available, the cost will be added to your SCOPAY account and payment must be made immediately, so that your child can attend.
Please contact the school office, office@egerton.kent.sch.uk if you have any questions or would like further information.
Payment
Payments are made through your child's SCOPAY account for sessions booked.
We welcome payment via childcare vouchers for wrap around care. Please contact the school office to make sure that we are able to accept the vouchers you wish to use. Payment in this way will go directly into our school bank account. Once this shows in our statements, we will update your SCOPAY account for you.
